Shipping and Returns
- All orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of receipt, providing the merchandise is in stock.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx as selected during the checkout process.
- If you choose expedited shipping, your order must be received by 2 p.m. EST to be eligible to ship out on the same day.
- Merchandise is being shipped from North Carolina. Please allow up to 7 days, via standard shipping method, for delivery.
- Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until you are sent an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped.
- At this time we are unable to ship any orders outside the US.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return and either make an exchange or issue you a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Products must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Please check your items before opening to make sure they are what you need for you home.
Please use the following instructions for a return:
- Please contact 1-866-847-3424, for a return material authorization (RMA) number.
- Write the RMA on the return label.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the person making the return, unless the incorrect product was shipped to you. If product is damaged upon receipt, the recipient would not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please hold onto your return shipping receipt, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process a refund for product only or ship a replacement product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept returns on custom orders or clearance items.
